What happens
Board and cocktails
Meet at the resort dock at 4:15 PM. Board the catamaran and settle into your seat. Welcome cocktail as the crew casts off and sails south along the coast of Ambergris Caye. Appetizers and drinks while the reef passes to the east.
Dinner on the water
The chef plates your multi-course dinner as the catamaran cruises along the barrier reef. Fresh catch, local ingredients, Belizean-inspired flavors. Wine, cocktails, and conversation while the golden light softens across the water.
The sunset
The catamaran positions off the coast. The sun drops behind Ambergris Caye. The sky turns orange, pink, and gold. Live music plays. Dessert is served as the stars come out and San Pedro lights up along the shoreline.
Return
Cruise back along the coast under the stars. Back at the resort dock by approximately 7:30 PM.
