US-Based Wedding Coordinator
You'll never feel far from your wedding. Carolyn works from the US on your schedule. Zoom calls, email, whatever works. She coordinates every detail with the Belizean events team on the ground.

What you need to know
Getting Here
Fly into BZE, 20-minute commuter flight to San Pedro, then a 10-minute private boat ride to the resort. Two hours from Houston, four from most US cities.
Legal Requirements
72-hour residency requirement (weekdays). Passports, birth certificates, and proof of marital status required. We coordinate the entire license process for you.
Guest Accommodations
37 residential-style suites from 1,000 to 3,100 sq ft with full kitchens. Room blocks available. Your guests stay steps from the ceremony, not in a shuttle.
Your Vendors Welcome
Bring your own photographer, videographer, or florist. We also recommend trusted local vendors who know the island's light and landscapes.
Weather and Timing
Peak season: December through April. Tropical showers are brief and make dramatic photos. Your coordinator always has a rain backup plan ready.
