What happens
Board and depart
Meet at the resort dock at 4:15 PM. Board the catamaran and grab your first drink from the open bar as the crew casts off. Sail south along the coast of Ambergris Caye with the Belize Barrier Reef to the east.
Open bar and ceviche
Fresh shrimp ceviche, dips, sliders, and tropical fruits are served while the bartenders pour handcrafted cocktails, rum punch, and ice-cold beer. Music plays on the open deck. Mingle, dance, or find a cushioned seat and watch the coastline drift by.
The sunset
The catamaran positions off the southern tip of the island. The sun drops behind Ambergris Caye, turning the sky and water orange, pink, and gold. The reef glows. San Pedro lights up for the evening. Stars begin to appear.
Return under the stars
Cruise back along the coast as the sky darkens. Back at the resort dock by approximately 7:30 PM, in time for dinner.
